An office concept is a rough draft of how the work environment will look for a standard part of the building.
Once the strategy and the basic principles are defined, your ideas are developed into overall solutions for the digital work environment, the building and the work environment, and behaviour and change.
YNNO’s role is to guide the design process and to monitor the associated concept from start to finish, making sure it’s in line with the basic principles. Wherever possible, these solutions are visualised asin our view, this is crucial in generating support and enthusiasm for the new way of working. Before implementation is initiated, a decision is made by management and/or the steering group.
