A successful project starts with a sound vision. During the discovery phase, we explore the options for a new way of working from every perspective.

For example, we analyse the work you do through interviews and identify the needs of your organisation. We also consider the opportunities offered and the constraints imposed by the current situation, in terms of both the building and ICT infrastructure and the organisation’s culture and DNA.

From your strategy guiding principles are derived which we translate into corner stones for the project. We conclude the discovery phase with a specific project approach, including an approach for communications and change management. Staffing of the project is part of the project approach – we always strive to find the perfect balance between internal and external capacity.
