An office concept is a rough draft of how the work environment will look for a standard part of the building, and doesn’t take into account groups of employees who, due to the nature of their work, have specific requirements in terms of their work environment (e.g. a drawing office or call centre).
It indicates in what proportions the workplace concepts are implemented and shows the options available to the various departments.
