She does this for both the public and private sectors. Her focus is on bringing together people who are grappling with these challenges—those who can use this approach to improve their work and the subject matter experts who make it possible.

In doing so, Viola combines various disciplines such as Business Process Management, Data Management, Lean, and Agile working to achieve a company’s strategic goals and get hands-on: a focus on action. Working together, sharing knowledge, learning, and improving.

Viola has a track record as a COO and Senior Change Manager and currently works as a Program Manager for Data-Driven Working to assist organizations in this field.

She has compiled her experiences in this field into the management book *Data-Driven Work in Practice*. This book is part of the curriculum for Data-Digital Leaders at Arnhem/Nijmegen University of Applied Sciences. It is also widely available to interested readers through (online) bookstores. Viola graduated summa cum laude from the University of Groningen with a Master’s degree in Economics/Marketing.
