Robert-Jan (1967) specialises in developing and implementing innovative digital work environments. His work focuses on developing new work processes and successfully embedding them within organisations. As a results-driven programme manager, Robert-Jan leads large-scale IT and organisational change projects for clients. His main focus areas are the (Dutch) government and financial services. He is particularly experienced in implementing case-oriented working and Business Process Management.
