As Marketing & Communications Manager at YNNO, I work on making our vision for organisational development visible. I translate ideas into stories, campaigns and events that inspire people and get organisations moving. In doing so, I combine creativity with structure and always keep the people we do it for in mind.

My background is in film and multimedia. During my Production studies at the Netherlands Film Academy, I learned to organise complex projects from start to finish, with collaboration, planning and maintaining an overview at the heart of my work. I bring that experience into my work every day: from developing marketing and communications activities to organising events and coordinating projects.

I get energy from connecting people, ideas and organisations. Whether it’s an inspiring story, a strong brand or a meaningful encounter, I believe lasting impact happens when content, creativity and enjoyment in work come together. With curiosity, an entrepreneurial mindset and a keen eye for quality, I contribute to that every day.

And outside work? You’ll probably find me on a sunny terrace, on the Rocycle bike or completely immersed in a creative project. Because even outside work, I love discovering, creating and bringing new ideas to life. Make the most of the day!
