Project & process manager with broad experience in the corporate sector. Works at the intersection of business processes and IT and takes ownership of achieving the final result. Actively involves various stakeholders and enjoys working in teams. Knows how to motivate others with enthusiasm and energy, and helps people work from their strengths.
During my years in the (financial) business sector, I have gained extensive and diverse experience in project, process and change management, particularly at the intersection of business and IT. I have led project teams and transitions and have also managed line departments.
Breaking down complex challenges and ensuring an effective project approach so that results are actually achieved — that is what drives me. I enjoy working in complex environments and, together with and within teams, creating overview, optimisation and clear processes. Always in close alignment with everyone involved.
The team at YNNO brings together a wide range of backgrounds and expertise. The open work environment at YNNO is also very pleasant; you run into each other everywhere. A great place to meet, work (together) and learn from one another.
