Meet Menno
My name is Menno Polman. I support and advise clients in defining, designing, realising and bringing their work environments into use. This may involve the redevelopment, renovation or new construction of their accommodation.
My goal is to contribute to a better world by creating sustainable, healthy and adaptive work environments in which clients can achieve their ambitions. Seeing the beauty of a project come fully to life after the plans and concepts have been developed is what motivates me most in my work.
The increasing pace of our work requires different competencies from employees and more flexible compositions of teams and organisational units. This places new demands on accommodation. Renewing the work environment is sometimes a necessity, but also a unique opportunity to facilitate organisational change.
For most organisations, this is not a core activity, yet it is an essential condition for being able to operate successfully. The right building and services can play a crucial role in achieving organisational objectives, both financially and strategically. This involves significant risks and requires specific expertise. To achieve this, an integral approach to the project is essential.
At YNNO, we take an integral approach by looking beyond accommodation alone. We also pay attention to digital and behavioural aspects to ensure the project and the accompanying change are successful.
"I am always searching for the added value of accommodation and services. In doing so, I consider potential benefits and costs, as well as support from internal departments. As a result, accommodation, the workplace concept and services become a lever rather than an obstacle for change."
That’s why Menno works at YNNO:
Autonomy
Room for growth
A culture of collaboration, knowledge, quality and enjoyment
Projects Menno is proud of.
