With a background in Facility Management and an MBA in Strategic Marketing & Servitization, I bring a broad perspective to housing, workplace concepts, and organizational development.
In my previous role as Sustainability & Circularity Coordinator at a property maintenance firm, my work included making real estate projects more sustainable. Sustainability remains a topic that fascinates me, partly due to the constantly changing trends and developments in this field.
At YNNO, I have the opportunity to combine my passion for future-proof work environments with my interest in change management and customer-centric thinking. As a project manager, I enjoy working at the intersection of strategy and execution: from translating client needs into concrete workplace concepts to guiding implementations. I get a lot of energy from project-based work: it gives me structure, variety, and the opportunity to apply the knowledge and experience from previous projects time and again. This way, every project feels like a new opportunity to learn and grow.
