My name is Kosja Dietz, and I have been working at YNNO as a Junior Consultant in the Digital Collaboration department since November 1, 2024. My passion lies in the application of new technologies, and especially in how these innovations can seamlessly integrate into our daily work. People are always at the center of this, and technology serves to support the user.

The “Management of Innovation” program at Erasmus University Rotterdam perfectly aligns with my innovative nature. I am curious and open to change. During this program, I was particularly inspired by various methods of innovation strategies. Which new innovations truly make a difference? My personal goal is to stimulate behavioral change through digital technologies. In doing so, I always seek a win-win solution!
