He has extensive experience in both the public sector (including implementing organizations and the social sector) and the private sector (financial sector, business services, and IT). For example, he served as Lead Product Owner and Business Change Manager at Volksbank/ASN, held managerial roles across multiple departments within complex chains at ING, and led implementations at the COA. He consistently delivers visible impact in administratively complex contexts, where organizational sensitivity, balancing of interests, and collaboration with multiple teams are essential.
