I’m Jamie Douw, Facilities & Workplace Consultant at YNNO. I help organizations design their (future) facilities. In my role, I work with a variety of organizations: I love that dynamic and the different organizational cultures!

I’ve always found the diversity of interests and needs within organizations fascinating. What are the needs of employees and teams? Where is the organization headed? And how do we balance all these elements within the work environment and way of working?

With a healthy dose of energy, I enjoy engaging with people at all levels within the organization to get them on board and inspire them. My motivation is to create concepts and strategies that truly work, so that the environment aligns with the organization’s vision and ambitions and contributes to happy employees. In doing so, I strive for innovative solutions that also fit with long-term developments, ensuring the organization remains agile and future-proof.
