Meet Ischa

I am an open and authentic builder with a strategic mindset, a driven project manager and change agent with a strong background in housing, real estate, and facility management.

As a project manager and consultant, I aim to take the pressure off my clients and partners in (politically) complex real estate and housing projects. The right advice at the right time, the right steps toward long-term successful relationships, collaboration, and results in the broadest sense of the word.

I am an open and authentic builder with a strategic mindset, a driven project manager and change agent with a solid background in housing, real estate, and facility management.

I enjoy switching between the various fields and levels of abstraction within my projects. One moment you’re in a design team collaborating with an architect, structural engineer, MEP consultant, and others, and the next you’re presenting the plans to a steering committee or trying to convince the board of one of the possible scenarios.

Establishing sufficient structure is essential for the projects I lead. Not so much that it becomes a straitjacket, but enough so that everyone knows what structures, processes, and agreements are in place. Building on a solid yet flexible foundation, I set up, implement, and improve procedures, models, and systems so that projects can succeed even better within the frameworks set by the client.

Given my background in hotel management, I am always mindful of the end-user of a project or building. A beautiful new (work) environment is what contributes to a positive experience and a lasting relationship with the employer and/or building owner.
