The implementation and use of technology for digital collaboration is successful when an employee says, “This makes my work better.”

That’s why I help organizations implement new ways of collaborating and guide the adoption of related technologies. In previous projects, I worked on digitization challenges within Agile environments. In doing so, I translated business needs into technical specifications, led workshops, and ensured that solutions aligned well with user requirements.

My strength lies in connecting structured processes with the daily reality on the work floor. I listen closely to how people do their work and the challenges they face. With those insights and an analytical eye, I quickly get to the heart of the matter. My goal is to find solutions that are logical, feasible, and pleasant to use. Technology should not only make work easier, but also more enjoyable.

As a consultant, I’m not the loudest voice at the table, but I am the one who listens, connects, and comes up with a well-thought-out solution. New technologies (such as (generative) AI) inspire me. They help further bridge the gap between process and people.
