With a background in Facility Management and Project Management, I have always been particularly interested in the human side of projects. I enjoy learning about organisations, the way they work and the people behind them. By understanding their needs and challenges, I can contribute ideas and help develop solutions that truly make a difference. I find it rewarding to create something together that adds real value for people and their working environments. I enjoy sharing that enthusiasm with the people I work with.

In projects, I like to bring structure and clarity, working towards solutions with a strong focus on results. I get energy from identifying opportunities and exploring how processes and working environments can be organised in smarter and more effective ways. For me, it is important that what we achieve not only delivers value today, but continues to make a positive impact in the long term.
