Through various roles in the business (financial) services sector, I have gained extensive experience in initiating and implementing complex (change) processes and systems in business and IT within an Agile environment, including in conjunction with (international) outsourcing projects. 

I quickly familiarize myself with the organization, including its processes and culture. I know how to motivate others with enthusiasm and dynamism, focusing on people’s strengths. I have built extensive expertise in setting up and designing Business Process Management and making it digitally accessible. I also have extensive experience in executing complex data migrations, including associated (BPM) processes and organizational changes. 

Given the projects mentioned above, especially those involving outsourcing, the ability to collaborate and share information optimally, both digitally and in person, is a must!
