If something stalls because we lack information and we know we won’t be getting it; I’ll provide the push needed to keep moving forward. Together, we make bold decisions and achieve results. Giving up is not an option. 

Just a change in office space? My view is that this always stems from the organization’s ambition and the values and behaviors that support it. Once we understand that, we can translate it into the work environment. Often, this goes hand in hand with a change in how the space is used. The work environment supports and can influence, but it is not the primary driver of change. 

Assignments that energize me? A combination of an (integrated) program and management role with a substantive advisory role on strategy and concepts. Ensuring we work in a structured way, do the right things, and achieve results together, combined with a challenging substantive component. It doesn’t get any better than that.
