This affects how people organize, experience, and find meaning in their work. It is precisely this human aspect of change that motivates me. I want to understand what’s going on, what’s on people’s minds, and what they need to be able to adapt.
For me, organizational change—in whatever form—is therefore always about people. I believe that change only works when employees feel engaged and understand why something is changing. In my work, I start with a sharp analysis of the situation, combined with an open and curious attitude toward employees. By observing and listening closely, I develop a change approach that fits both the context of the organization and the people who work there.
As a Behavior and Change Consultant, I am driven by connecting different perspectives. I am attuned to diverse interests and actively seek out what brings people together. Drawing on my background in Human Resource Management and Public Administration, I combine a focus on people with an eye for context, structure, and progress. I keep the goal in focus and believe it is important that change is not only conceived but also genuinely embraced.
"Organizational change, in whatever form, is therefore always about people to me."
