I get satisfied when creating housing concepts that help employees in their daily work. On the one hand, to help them achieve organizational goals, and on the other hand by improving the experience of employees and visitors. If this makes them enjoy entering a building more, then my mission is accomplished.

Twan is housing & workplace consultant within YNNO. During his studies, he developed a passion for housing with the experience of employees and visitors as one of the spearheads. Twan was inspired by how housing can affect people’s feelings & behaviour during his master thesis on the influence of the physical environment on emotions and performance of users, in the context of police interrogations. This research earned him a final place at the FMN Student Awards 2021 in the Master’s category.
