Pieter Dols

Pieter is a very passionate and experienced consultant and process facilitator. He advises and guides organizations in their issues around digital transformation, new ways of (digital) working and digital working environments. Together with the other YNNO disciplines, he helps organizations embrace new ways of organizing and working.

In recent years as an consultant and (project) manager, Pieter built up a strong combination of knowledge, insights and experience in organizational science and the ICT industry.

As an inquisitive and critical thinker, he adds value to organizations in change and their sometimes seemingly unsolvable puzzles.

Among other things, Pieter is also a certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator and workshop designer.
