Our workplace measurement methodology is based on our User Research method from the 1990s, in accordance to which the creation of a suitable work environment starts with an analysis of the office-worker(s) tasks.
YNNO has many years of experience of performing such measurements. By measuring the level of occupancy, we can determine how intensively work and meeting spaces are being used. By measuring the level of use (the nature of the activity in the work space), we can identify the activity pattern in these work spaces. There are a number of agencies in the market that perform time measurements.
The added value of YNNO is that we always use time measurements as one of our tools when defining a long-term accommodation plan or a workplace strategy. We are expert are interpreting the data and translating it into advice on the work space factor, m² requirements and the drawing up of a statement of requirements, for example.
