A Statement of Requirements (SOR) will be drawn up on the basis of the vision developed, the analysis of the work, the details of the existing work environment and the guiding principles agreed.
The SOR provides details of the spatial requirements, the building concept and possible workplace formats and office concepts that fit with the user profiles. Aspects such as the desired identity, accessibility and flexibility of the location will be described in detail.
The SOR can act as a search profile for the new work environment and as a review tool in subsequent phases of the project.
