Benchmark for the Dutch Workplace (BNW Index)
This annual Benchmark for the Dutch Workplace provides organisations with insights into the Dutch market. It includes benchmark figures against which to assess their own organisation, as well as examples, best practices and inspiration. In this way, we can shape the workplace of the future together.
Since its launch in 2024, the BNW Index has become the benchmark for the Dutch workplace. It provides answers to questions such as:
- How is the working environment in organisations like mine changing, and why?
- What developments are set to change the way we work in the near future?
- Is policy on collaboration a ‘do’ or a ‘don’t’?
- How far have other organisations got with implementing, for example, AI or digital tools for collaboration?

The BNW Index 2026 will be launched at the WorkPlace Xperience on 20 May 2026. During the event, YNNO and Smart WorkPlace will present the key findings and trends.
