The man-on-the-street interview, also known as vox-pop, is a tried and tested journalistic technique. YNNO uses this format to portray directly what employees feel about a specific aspect of a new way of working.
We interview employees on an ad hoc basis and in an informal setting. The interviews are videoed, and their most telling statements are made into a short video clip. We make sure that different points of view and diverging personal opinions are highlighted.
