Robert-Jan Snijders
Robert-Jan Snijders specialises in designing and implementing business process management strategies within large organisations. Newly developed work processes and the way in which these are embedded in the organisation play a central role in this. During client assignments, Robert-Jan is above all a results-driven programme manager, and is capable of managing large-scale change projects. His primary focus market is the financial services sector. As a partner and director of YNNO, he is responsible for the company’s finances and for tax and legal issues. Robert-Jan studied aerospace engineering at the Delft University of Technology and has a background in the ICT industry in the field of document management.
