Pieter van der Laan is a senior consultant specialising in workplace innovation and facilities, with particular emphasis on the identity of the organisation concerned. He analyses the organisation’s identity and translates this to the work environment. Pieter is convinced that the identity of an organisation must be made tangible, perceptible and visible within the work environment. Pieter provides advice during the preliminary planning stage in his capacity as concept developer, and supervises large-scale implementations of new work environments in which change management plays an important role.
