Jan-Peter Kastelein
Jan-Peter Kastelein specialises in developing and implementing innovative work and learning environments for the public as well as the private sector. As a partner at YNNO, he is responsible for the agency’s international growth. Jan-Peter often appears as a guest speaker at conferences in the Netherlands and abroad. He studied business administration at Utrecht University of Applied Sciences, organisation sociology at University of Amsterdam and educational technology at Twente University. In addition, he is taking a PhD at Nyenrode Business University on the influence of the physical work environment on knowledge sharing and learning in education, healthcare and the service industry. Jan-Peter is a member of the executive board of CoreNet Global, a global professional organisation focusing on corporate real estate.
