Roel Peeters from YNNO together with Hajo Reijers of the University of Technology in Eindhoven has published an academic paper for the International Workshop on Empirical Research in Process-Oriented Information Systems. De research gives an extensive view on the different roles of process owners within a variety of organizations and Business Process Management maturity.
