Thijs Gaanderse and Robert-Jan Snijders from YNNO were invited by Pegasystems to visit the Business Process Management (BPM) PegaWORLD 2010 conference in Philadelpha. YNNO implements the newest Pegasystems solutions in the insurance chain integration projects of ING. In these projects customers interactions from click, call or face channels are connected and integrated to the automated back office by this software suite. The results are fast and highly efficient insurance processes.

The new developments on BPM discussed at PegaWORLD were agile ways of software development, the shift from information technology to business technology and continuous improvement of work and work processes within organizations.
